What guarantee do you have?

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you can return for a full refund or exchange within 60 days. No questions asked (more information in the Term and Conditions)

If product is returned back, when will I be refunded?

Once your return is received we will send you an email to notify you. Then your refund will be processed within a maximum of 15 days

You have the right to withdraw within 60 days from the date of receipt of the order.

What kind of products can be returned?

All of them can be returned if you are not 100% satisfide . However, the returned products have to be in the same condition in which you received them. They must not be damaged or used.

Are you refunding the return shipping fees?

YogaSutra is unable to refund initial shipping fees and return shipping costs. Unless your item was defective or damaged during shipping.
